Durante el taller se realizo una introducción práctica al escanneo 3D impartida por Graham Lindsay de Z-Corp. Posteriormente nos dedicamos a trabajar digitalmente con las formas escaneadas, modelar formas nuevas y preparar los ficheros para su impresión. Finalmente todos los participantes pudieron imprimir en 3D sus modelos en un volumen de 10x10x10 mediante nuestra impresora 3D de alta definición Z-Corp z510.</p>

Join this workshop to learn how to design for robotic manufacture through the design of solar shading facade components. The workshop will take you through the design process for curved folding, and explain how to optimise components for production by robots. Konrad Hoffman (Cloud9) will guide you through building your own Grasshopper definition to control a parametric folded component. Using the DHUB fabrication facilities, 1:10 scale models will be built that represent a fully manufacturable facade.</p>
